I don’t know about you, but I am all about efficiency. I cannot stand when people tell me their daily self care routines with 30 products and what feels like impossible things to recreate. I’m not going to buy flowers to float in my apartment tub. It’s just not happening. I’m not going to journal for 30 minutes followed by an hour meditation with a mini yoga sesh while my dog jumps on me. I work for myself and I still don’t have time for all of this.

Here’s what I do have time for, and I’ll be damned if it doesn’t work. I’m giving you two versions. One for a quick daily wrap-up and easy regimen, and one for a Wednesday night when you decide to go all in and draw a bath and pour a glass of wine… cause it’s hump day and you want spa music and candles all by yourself sometimes. And hell, If you wanna throw some flowers in there, you DO YOU sister!

Nighttime Quickie:

First thing’s first. I light my favorite Phlur candles. They smell incredible and if you haven’t seen their beautiful white packaging yet, it is stunning. Then, I like to use products that make my skin feel hydrated and fresh. The Indie Lee toner + eye cream are really lovely. True Botanicals Vitamin C Booster + Radiance Oil make your face glow!

Goldfaden MD makes amazing face and eye creams so these are my go to’s morning and night.  Then once I have product on, I will either do Gua sha or use frozen rollers around my eyes. They immediately de-puff and relax everything, but you definitely want to make sure you do this with a smooth base of oil and cream, otherwise you’ll pull your skin a bit.

Girl, let’s do this! While the tub is filling up, I sage my apartment. I set my intention to clear the space. Then I light my tea light candles around the tub, interspersed with a bunch of different mini crystals. I’ll throw in my CBD Bath Bomb. It has the best relaxing effect for an aching body and leaves your skin feeling so smooth. Then I put on the Buca Botanicals Clay Mask! You mix it yourself so it’s fresh and it smells so good! I love this one because it pulls everything out of your pores. I light my Moonrivers Naturals incense cones on the sink and let the aroma fill the room. I’ll usually turn on my super cliché spa music or maybe my favorite Rise Together Podcast and pour a glass of vino from Dry Farm Wines. Then lights down, and I’m in a deep zen.

As a side note. After I eventually emerge from my happy adult bath time, I go through my quick product lineup from above and pop on my Baxter Blue glasses (to block blue light and increase melatonin production) to read my current fav book… right now I’m loving Wonder over Worry!
