021 | Expanding Beyond Surface Appeal | with Alyssa Julya Smith
I was introduced to today’s guest through a mutual friend, and at first, I was so nervous. She is so stunningly beautiful, and really carries herself like a confident badass. For some reason, I immediately felt like she wouldn’t like me, or I would be bothering her, and my own insecurities were going crazy through my head before we even said a word to each other. Why do we do that?
Luckily, Alyssa Julya Smith is the kindest woman. She immediately hugged me and put me at ease, and we got into this deep conversation about the business, working with men, and all of the ins and outs of our similar experiences. I was so elated to be speaking to someone who understood me and was so supportive.
Fast forward a few months, and Alyssa has really become someone I look up to. Having her on my show was a special moment.
Alyssa is a serial entrepreneur, former model, and is currently a TV host at Cheddar, conducting interviews with some of the most successful people in the world with ease and grace.
